- Do you charge administrative fees on top of commission?
- No. We don't add unnecessary administrative fees that show up at closing without a clear service behind them. If you're being quoted a fee, we'll explain exactly what it covers.
- How quickly can I get a showing?
- We aim to schedule showings within a day or two of your request. Use the contact form on any listing page, or call our office directly, and an agent will follow up promptly.
- Can you help me sell and buy at the same time?
- Yes — coordinating a sale and a purchase together is one of the more common situations we manage. We'll help you think through timing, contingencies, and bridge financing options with your lender.
- Do you work with first-time buyers?
- Yes. First-time buyers often benefit the most from advisor-first guidance, since the process and the paperwork are unfamiliar. We walk through each step, including financing, inspections, and what to expect at closing.
- What's the difference between a buyer's agent and a listing agent?
- A listing agent represents the seller and markets the property; a buyer's agent represents you, the buyer, and works on your behalf during search, negotiation, and closing. We can serve in either role, and clearly disclose dual representation if it ever applies.
