This wonderful old farmhouse is like a mother hen just waiting to have new chicks under her wings. The fact that this home still stands straight and true, in spite of being well over a 100 years old, is a testament to how well they built things back in the day! Each floor joist is still a straight tree trunk - likely harvested off the land it sits on - and the stones they to build the basement are stunning! The country invites you to enjoy “the way things were” by starting your day in the morning sun on your enclosed porch and ending it in the evening shade on the back deck! In between the two is a darling farmhouse with the perfectly laid out cook’s kitchen - with the perfect spot for a beverage center - and small kitchen table under the window. All new flooring, kitchen appliances, countertop, washer and dryer give you a head start on making yourself right at home. Plus(!!!) it has a whole house generator! The front bedroom upstairs is non-conforming with only a wardrobe for a closet.
